What is Spinal Bastrika pranayama?

Spinal bastrika pranayama is rapid breathing, like a dog panting, done with the diaphragm only, while tracing the spinal nerve from perineum to third eye and back like regular spinal breathing.

Bastrika is good for clearing stubborn blockages.
