What is yoni spinal breathing pranayama?

Yoni spinal breathing pranayama is the gentle nudging of the eyes with the index fingers from the lower outside corners of the eye sockets inward and upward, toward the point between the eyebrows or the center brow, as we sometimes call it. It can accentuate ecstatic conductivity happening in the nervous system by stimulating the third eye area. It can also help clear energy blockages in the head.

This practice is added on after the Yoni Chin Pump is learned.
