When i concentrate on my spine i feel cold and warm sensations there at the same time. It feels like a purely physical thing. Is this what is meant by the cool and warm currents?

Hi gumpi,
Yes, these cold and warm sensations in the spine is a good sign of ecstatic conductivity in the spine. You can read more about this in AYP Lesson 63:
