I am starting to do Jal neti kriya or alternate nostril water cleaning. I have heard that improves eyesight also. Now I would like to know if Jal Neti kriya with Urine instead of water. I tried it once and it caused immense pressure on the eye region which might be due to blockages but not sure.
Any other ideas. Its funny that all the kriyas aare coming to me together. If its not Kechari, Jal Neti kriya or the likes. Guess its like my body and soul are both clamouring for more.
Also what wud be thebest way to start trataka? Is it neccesary to use a yantra or a symbol for this?

Be careful and dilute as needed. urine is a highly personal substance and varies tremendously with many factors among which diet is important. My diet is fdairly high protein and that makes my urine pretty hot. While I do amoroli n the morning teh taste still really bothers me. When I ate a lower protein vegetarian diet it was much easier to take.

Diet is mentioned in Amaroli very clearly to be low protien and non salty. Other than that leafy vegetables and leafy fruits are also prohibited. I find my urine to be great if i eat fruits etc and stick to what the texts say. As for using it in Jal Neti, let me see the results and then i'll post it here. I do not want to dilute it cause that will take aaway the effect completely and i do not want that. I am sure the body will be able to get used to the slight burning sensation in a few days.
