I will be hosting an online AYP Retreat on Sunday, September 8th.Please let me know if you would like to join me on this uplifting journey.

Retreat Schedule (Eastern Standard Time)
10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. Introduction- Asanas, pranayama, meditation, samyama
11:05 a.m. - 11:55 a.m. Pranayama, meditation, samyama
12:00 p.m. - 12:30 p.m. Satsang
Cost: Suggested donation minimum $30 - a part of the donations will go to support the AYP website.
