Hi there
This is my first time posting. I appreciate all of the wise and considered responses I have read on various threads on here. It is an honour to be with you all.

I am wondering whether anybody else has experienced shrinkage of the sexual organs (I am male but possibly asking women too?) post pranayama? Is this just something I have to accept or is there anything I can do to continue raising energy without the shrink? Call it ego talk but I feel much more confident in myself, and enthusiastic about "every day" life, when I have some degree of engorgement down there? Please excuse the crudeness?

Any thoughts would be very gratefully received.

Tom?s, To my knowledge there should be no specific "shrinkage" resulting from pranayama. It might be helpful to hear more details regarding your specific practices and what type of shrinkage you are noting and for how long it persists.

I'm not sure how you have connected pranayama to this observation, there must be another explanation. After ten years of AYP, if anything, everything is a lot more "relaxed" beneath the belt, less shy. I attribute it not only to yoga but to aging. If you wish engorgement, you simply need to give the matter your attention.
