I have gathered a (pedantic) list of things that, with intent, prevent nightly emissions. I am NOT speaking of the 'natural wet-dreams' that is out of our control completely. And I don't want to hear "just don't obsess/think about it" hence "with intent".

Please tell me how you have combated this if you have aimed for longer periods of brachmacarya

Chronological to what I have found works:
- Empty bladder right before sleeping
- Last Eating/drinking should be long before sleep
- Not creating too much mechanical pressure on genitals during sleep; light duvets, no/rightly restricting underwear?, sleeping on back/side.
- Intention: Not entertain lustful thoughts or using erotic media for that matter.
- Meditation practice before bed.
- Last Eating/drinking should be light before sleep
- Cold shower(lower body?)
- Headstand asana before bed

Thinks I suspect:
- Pelvic floor-Kegel exercise (reverese kegel specifically) is probably good?
- Veg. food is probably good(!?)
- When having added mudras to Spinal breathing? Anyone?

I can work as an anecdote that I added this "reverse pelvic floor exercises" and these wet dreams stopped.

Altough, other causality is possible because I do several on the list, and wet dreams remains quite abstract.

Thanks for the update. I haven't had a wet dream in forty years, but I'm sure many young men empathize.
