for one hour of Spinal Breathing / Samyama
Monday through Friday at 7am New York Time
I live in Southern Ecuador, a stone's throw from the Peruvian Border....the hamlet only has 100 people, everyone grew up here, don't speak English, and are subsistence farmers. Kind of like the Ozarks used to be.... :-)
It is a good life, very beautiful here, mountains, green all year.... but I would love to share my meditation practice with others.
To go deep and visit The Bliss, The Silence, and bring it more nito my daily life.
Idea is just a little social talk to know one another, but most of the time immersed in practice.
There are a number of different meeting platforms...Skype, Whereby, etc.
