In October I will be leading a residential AYP retreat in Devon, England. The retreat will be suitable for people of all levels of practice. The dates are the 19th to 23rd October.
We will be looking at the process of the cultivation of peacefulness, the rise of the witness and entry into samadhi. We will also be looking at the practice of some of the advanced pranayamas.
