So im going to be listening to Hemi Sync tonight on youtube which claims to put one into a meditative state of mind by stimulating both sides of the brain.
Has anyone tried it and can shed any light on this?
I don't have any experience with Hemi Sync, just thought I'd let you know that regular meditation practice balances the brain hemispheres. That is my experience at least.
Whatever technique you use, I would not expect instant results because it takes time for the brain to rewire. Indeed, it would be dangerous if any technique caused big changes very quickly.
So if you're practicing both AYP meditation and Hemi Sync on a regular basis, be careful about doubling up.
