I am very new to AYP, less than one week. I used to practice mindfulness of breath meditation for about 6 months. What would be the best approach if one is dealing with a very strong urge to masturbate and orgasm? Should I keep controlling myself, or should I just release?

Clearing your mind through meditation or mindfulness. Don't give up if it's too challenging at first! It is for most people. Trust that with practice it will get easier. If you have a spiritual practice, you can also pray to help focus your mind and find spiritual support.
Shifting your focus back to your current job. Acknowledge your sexual desires by telling yourself something like, "These are just thoughts. Right now they aren't helping me, but they're hurting me." Then take a few deep breaths and focus your attention back on your current activity.
