Yogabuzz108, That is certainly a deep insight that has been uttered for thousands of years in various ways. There is deep pain in trying to control the actions of others. The longer I go down this path the more I realize how little I truly control. Ultimately this embodied journey seems to be the process of letting go, of acceptance of what is.

Hi Yogabuzz...Exactly ,that's kind of "my realisation" too...
I think overtime the practice of samyama has helped me to really taste a certain degree of"Letting Go" of the results and attachments ...
Like Lao Tzu said in Tao te Ching
"Do your work and stay back,the only path to serenity"
