Hello, I'am new with the ayp method, i practice deep meditation and i have a question about the rest period after the mantra. I have a lot of thought during this rest period, do i have to accept this or is there anything to do? Thanks!
thoughts during and after meditation are normal. They are a part of us and always will be. The mind can be full of thoughts or completely silent or a combination of both. You don't have to fight or suppress your thoughts. Just accept the state your mind is in and relax :)
