Hi all,

Next December I will be leading a 5-day retreat in Devon, U.K. It will be held at the Eden Rise retreat centre. The dates are the 3rd to the 7th December 2020.

The topic for the retreat will be "pranayama and the relationship between pranayama and the purification of the subtle nervous system".
