Hi All:

Over the past several years, we have been adding AYP practice videos to AYP Plus, covering basic and advanced asana routines, mudras, bandhas, and other aspects of AYP practice. The latest one is for "Dynamic Jalandhara (chin pump)" added today in Plus Lesson 139.

PS: It should also be mentioned that all lessons and lesson additions in AYP Plus include audio, essentially an online audiobook, covering more than twice the instructional content in the free lessons.
