We will be running our annual retreat at Eden Rise in Devon, England next year from the 30th April to the 4th May 2020. It will be a 4-night (5-day) retreat, and will be suitable for people of all levels of ability.
The subject of the retreat will be the cultivation of inner silence and entry into samadhi and will include the following:
The process of the cultivation of the witness and inner silence in meditation
Entry stage samadhi
The different layers of samadhi
The ways in which samadhi is viewed in the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali and the Hatha Yoga Pradipika
The relationship between samadhi and enlightenment
We still have a few spots available for our retreat in Devon, U.K. taking place from the 30th April to the 4th May. There is one place left in a shared room for a woman, and a few places in both the male and female mini-dorms.
