Do you have to be in samadhi in order to burn agami and sanchita karma?
Or, can agami karma and sanchita karma be burned during regular meditation by those who have not yet reached samadhi?

Hi Carpediem,
Welcome to the forum.
These types of karma are burned up during regular yogic practice, regardless of whether or not we enter samadhi.
