What is the maximum time that anybody can hold their breath? Does it have any relation to progress in meditation? People who are more advanced spiritually can hold breath for longer times?
What happens to our pranayama when our breath cycle slowly increases like this? In the end do we do pranayama for all 10 mins within only one breath cycle?
Thanks, Near
