with pranayama, you have to look with your eyes after the breath of the chakras, or remain focused between the eyebrows?

p.s. maybe it was such a question, but I could not find it.

Hi Nostalgico,

There are different kinds of pranayama used in AYP. What you do with your eyes and what you do with your attention, varies from one pranayama to another and is also different depending on the level of experience of the practitioner.

It is best to read through the lessons and learn each pranayama as you come to it. If you have questions about specific forms of pranayama that are used in AYP, you can ask here.
