In my meditation I have come to notice something intresting, when I focus on the question"Who am I?", or "Am I aware of being aware" I find that the kundalini is rising and trying to lodge itself in my skull. It go to a point out of which the sense of it was located on my bindu chakra (cowlick area behind the head), that awareness seemed empty and is also present with the sensation that arise from it. The same awareness can move at other places or be non localized in space. Is it a sign of progress? What is the relationship between kundalini and the process of inquiry?

With Love,
Bhumi

Ps: this is my second post the same day I would just like advice from you experienced seekers!
