My pingla nadi is prominent always.I feel lack of breath adequate in ida nadi.I have some mental illness.What to do to make ida prominent or normal?

Hi Govind,
for that it is advised to breath through the left nostril while closing the right nostril with your right thumb.
The left nostril is associated with Ida nadi. The right nostril is associated with Pingala nadi.

For mental illness, it is advised to attend a psychologist/psychiatrist.

Have you tried washing out your nostrils? There are instructions somewhere in the lessons - Lesson 313 Jala neti
