When I used to practice energy control many years ago. I would imagine that I was attached to the Earth (negative) and Sun (Positive) for energy. Like a car battier with a positive and a negative. This would greatly turbo charge my practice and I would feel energy flowing through my skin. Which felt like a million bugs crawling all over my skin.
