Just sharing my ramblings about my practice.
I stand on the mat and set my intention for the day -JOY! JOY! JOY! It’s the same everyday The first Tadasana sends me spiraling into Ecstasy The voice of the teacher turns into a distance hum Till it dissolves in the silent Aum
Bubbles of bliss explode from the core Traveling, engulfing and permeating as the body soars Amrita flows and takes what little of “I” is left Only the movement and breath remains in this flowing state
Now I’m dancing in the space with my beloved Darkness and pain swallowed by the caress of the ultimate
My eyes open to the sound of the singing bowls. By now the heart is radiating and buzzing with OM
I roll up my mat and leave the studio Dripping in the essence before this creation came into existence.

I have said this before: escatic conductivity has enlivened my asana class, so much so that bliss kicks in even before I unroll my mat. The hour and a half that follows is an exploration in radiance, the holy trinity of my shusumna (root, solar center, Ajna) become release valves which I offer up the excess for the taking (thanks samyama!) Flowing prana allows me to freely surrender efforting, and in doing/no doing (as it were) I am amazed at the stamina and grace within each pose. By session's end I literally float from the studio .
You poem tickles my fancy |

Like Dogboy and you I can't imagine a yoga path without asana. |
