I have been practicing the AYP meditation since April. Yesterday afternoon while doing my 20 minutes of DM, I nodded off, and when returning and resuming the mantra, there was nothing but the mantra. Of course, I noticed that, and my mind chatter resumed. This is the first time I have experienced stillness during meditation. It just was. I am extremely under sensitive, and I over intellectualize, so this one second of stillness was a breakthrough. I hope it doesn't take another four months to repeat. I know, I know, don't hold on to it. Release it into the silence. (What silence?) |

Nice! Now try explaining it to others, lol.
Actually,Yogani explains it better than anything I've ever heard. It's not simple. At least not to me . |

Cool.
I do not know if it is the same for you guys, but every time I go through a stillness step within my meditation, it is like my head is stricken and moves a bit as such. Sometimes, it is brutal.
Just wondering. |
