Hello AYP,

This one's for those who've undergone premature crown openings.

1. How would you describe the "stable" state after the premature crown opening? What were the symptoms and changes in the stabilisation phase?

2. How long did it take to get there?

3. What was the kundalini's movements like post stabilisation? What was the state of your chakras?

4. Did you experience any flare ups after the stabilisation?
