Namaste All, I have a question which maybe someone can answer.
I have just recently started Amaroli. Reading the Damar Tantra i find that a Copper pot is the best to be used for this purpose. After i urinate and have left the starting and ending part. How long shud i leave it in the Copper pot before it can be drunk? Also is it to be drunk in gulps or sip by sip? How long shud it take to drink it? Normally I extract abt 1/2 a litre to fill my Copper pot in the morning, a little more goes waste also. How many times can our own urine be drunk?
Also the Damar tantra says that if one mixes Triphala Churna and pepper with urine and drinks it its supposed to be very good. My question is does anyone have any idea what pepper is mentioned in the Damar Tantra? Is it Piper longum (long) or Piper nigrum (black pepper)??
Also does Amaroli affect the sexual system also?? Again though the texts mention that it affects the sexual performance but the time period is abt 12 years. Anyone see any changes b4 that?
