Spent years traipsing through the world of thought, letting go of and seeing through beliefs and concrete views of self and the world.

It moved into the world of emotional energy and surrendering to the inevitable of feeling everything in all intensities. Seeing that the fear was pointless but nevertheless an intrinsic part of life that needs to be experienced for balance. The recognition that avoiding or resistance served no purpose other than to delay the inevitable requirement to feel and be aware of everything that arises. The understanding that an emotion wasn't a true block to a desired outcome, that life can continue despite strong feelings that the contrary is inevitable. The highs and lows of life and their integral role as an inevitable part of balanced living.

Seeing that being present in the here and now is but a stepping stone to absorption in the moment of being which is only blocked by the focus on self. Understanding that fulfillment comes when truly absorbed in helping others with no thought of self. In such moments, there is no i to exist and only the experience.
