Hi friendsFor me now balance seems to be a current focus making itself known. So here is a quote about balance by Ray Grigg in his "The Tao of Zen"

"Balance is really balancing, not a static state but a dynamic process. It is a condition of perpetual arriving, of continual changing that is always adjusting to the shifting flow of circumstances. When balance becomes a reflexive reaction rather than a considered response, it is experienced as a stillness in the center of movement."

Namaste

Hi Shweta

Yeah, the words "reflexive reaction" and "considered response" weren't a haiku to me too. Sounds more like a lab report
"It is experienced as a stillness in the center of movement" flows a little better
