In his book "Auyrveda. The power to heal" author Paul Dugliss makes a startling claim:

In the ancient descriptions of Ayurvedic medicine, a purifi-
cation procedure for restoring youth exists. The procedure
takes place over several weeks and requires living in seclu-
sion, while the process is administered. During this time,
the hair may fall out, teeth may loosen, but when the pro-
cess is complete, a 70-year-old person is said to look 30
years old again. The knowledge of this procedure has been
obscured and, because it is so drastic, it requires an expert
physician to perform it. Tradition says that this procedure
is done only periodically — every 50 years or so.

Since this AYP site hosts many techniques hitherto shrouded in secrecy, I was wondering if the mysterious Ayurvedic procedure referred to in this book or a similar one is accessible to the public.
I abhor old age, decrepitude and mental decline that may occur with the passage of time, and am in denial about my own senescence.
I'm overdue for hair and teeth replacement, so any pointers would be appreciated.

No one has yet cheated death on this earthly plane. There is always opportunity for joy in aging one moment at a time.
