Dear friends,
October, 19-26 we invite you to take part in a yoga tour "Holy lights of Kathmandu."
This year in October, 21-25 in India and Nepal is celebrated the famous festival of lights - Diwali, in honor of which we named our yoga tour. At this time, you can experience the atmosphere of lights, divine mandalas and colorful light mysteries.
You’ll have an opportunity to make a spiritual pilgrimage to the most mystical and colorful place of Nepal - Kathmandu valley, including a great number of temples, sacred places, historical and cultural sites under the protection of UNESCO.
The valley is situated at an altitude of 1400 meters and surrounded by high hills, behind which the majestic Himalayas begin. It is considered to be the beginning of “the roof of the world” of Tibet.
The main part of the spiritual yoga tour, in addition to the day excursions, includes:
- Daily yoga practices of varying complexity (hatha-, kundalini-, shat-chakra-yoga, practice of walking - chankramanam, Kriya-complex, etc.), conducted by monks-instructors
- Practice of meditation
- Havans (fire ceremonies), etc.
Special part of the yoga tour - meetings and satsangs with enlightened Master of Advaita in the tradition of Siddhas.
October, 23 on Diwali will be held Lakshmi Puja - worshipping of energy of the spiritual and material prosperity, happiness and success, on October, 24 - Vyasa Puja - worshipping mystery of spiritual Masters.
After yoga tour, those who wish to deepen their sadhana, can take part in a 5-day retreat of basic practices. The retreat is held by monks-instructors.
Dates of the yoga tour: from 19 to 26 of October,
Duration: 7 days.
Cost of the yoga tour depends on the selected conditions of living, from 650 to 850$.
Date of retreat: from 26 to 31of October,
Duration: 5 days.
Cost of the retreat is also depends on selected conditions from 310 to 500$.
The price includes:
• Accommodation in a guesthouse in a picturesque location at the foothills of Shivapuri
