i practised Transcendental Meditation technique 4 Months.
One of the negative effects that i got is Abdominal pains and tensions in stomatch.
But if I breathe or just sitting with eyes closed i can get Easy disconnection.

2 question

1. will abdominal pain and abdominal pressure stop?

2. What technique do you recommend me in order to dopy abdominal pain and abdominal pressure ?
please no Relaxation techniques (closed eyes, breathing, visualization, meditation).

I think that you should learn what AYP has to offer and drop TM. At-least for now.

When I sat as is done in Formal Zazen sitting it lead to uncontrolled prana movement / Kundalini in the spine.

This in turn led to arthritis in the facet joints in the spine diagnosed via MRI.

This in turn led to debilitating pain for 4 years during the first two years I walked with a cain on and off.

4 years later the pain was manageable. An unusual visit by a certain person led to my taking up a certain form of sadhana.

There is no longer any pain, no longer any evidence of arthritic conditions in follow up medical visits.

There still is movement of energy but it is properly managed via technique.

I am not recommending what I practice because the support system is non existent, I am suggesting what AYP teaches because they do offer certain practices that should prove helpful and the founder of the site and grouping reorganizing and re inventing the techniques is present and will support anyone who asks with respect and sincerity.

The founders name is Yogani but there are people here who are long time practitioners that will also do what they can to help.

You are in an unenviable position right now can't go backwards and the way foreword is difficult, so seeking help is a good thing now you have to get used to putting one foot in front of the other.

You can do it.

Good luck and best wishes.
