It is not "fully risen".
If it was- you would rather be, be seeking help, to stop, the "raging" |

Hi Thoughtbroadcaster,
It is not a good idea to increase kundalini energy to the point where it is "raging all over you". Kundalini is a powerful force and too many things could go wrong. It is much better to find a stable practice that you can commit to over the long term. In that way you can gently purify your body in a safe and effective way leading to the gradual rise of ecstasy within you. Samadhi will come in time when the mind is still and quiet.
Terms like "fully risen" do not really mean very much when it comes to kundalini. What one person would call "fully risen" another would say is just the beginning. Kundalini is a very subtle thing, and a very delicate thing and needs to be treated with a great deal of respect. The best way to manage kundalini that I have come across is to follow the main lessons through on this website, adding the practices slowly according to what you can manage and following the advice given on pacing your practice carefully. Deliberately letting kundalini rage out of control can create quite a mess, which could take others a long time and a lot of work to try to sort out after the event. Much better to err on the side of safety.
And yes, having said that, cultivating sexual energy by preserving it, does increase the flow of prana (kundalini) in the body. See the Tantra lessons which cover that in a lot of detail.
