Hi everyone,

And yes, this is yet another Khechari thread asking for directions and specifics.

So i did Talabya for quite a long time, and now my tongue is well past the Uvulae. It
seems that i'm touching something like an aperture with the tip of my tongue.

I can keep this position with my mouth open and breathing through my mouth, but the moment
i try to breath through the nose my tongue falls back.

I can close the mouth without my tongue falling back, but then i can't breathe!

Any suggestions at this point?

Thank you very much in advance for any input!

Hi Anibaru:

If the tongue is up behind the soft palate, the trick is to push forward with the tongue. Then the soft palate will fold down and the tongue will go forward to the septum into stage 2 kechari. This movement should also open the airway behind the tongue, so you can breath through your nose passages while in stage 2.

See stage 2 here: http://www.aypsite.org/kechari_image1.html (the airway is clear behind the tongue).

All the best!

The guru is in you.
