Just wanted to officially announce the establishment of an AYP meditation group (in association with the Seek and Destroy podcast) in Fort Lauderdale, FL. It takes place five days a week, with the current schedule as follows:
Mondays - 6:30PM Includes basic instruction and followed by open discussion.
Tuesday through Friday - 7:30AM-8:00AM Meditation only. Please arrive by 7:25.
