Hi atanu.bardhan,
I'm not aware of any philosphies regarding that, but yogically speaking, there are some techniques which go in that direction, like:
Yoni mudra kumbhakka, whole body mudra etc. But mostly the route in that yogic techniques start from the prerineum, go up to the head and from the front down to the chest.
MCO does a complete round back to the perineum, or if you so will, starting at the navel ending at the navel after a full round. |

Hi atanu.bardhan,
apply all mudras and bandhas, the result is whole body mudra :P For more instructional details see on the left side: Yoni Mudra Kumbhaka and Whole Body Mudra.
What is happening with it in short, energy ir braught up from the perineum through the sushumna nadi into the head and down the front of the body to the heart. The whole body mudra can happen as an automatic result or by intention through daily stimulation of the different mudras and bandhas, or all together like in Yoni Mudra Kumbhaka.
Ramana Maharshi as a Jnani speaks of a route: from coccyx up into the sahasrar through the sushumna nadi and down to the spiritual heart through a nadi called jivanadi.
Peace friend :) |
