Hello everyone,

I've been doing AYP breathe meditation for several months. The meditations have become smooth and calm. At this point, I'm starting to go deeper and having a lot of resistance/fear.

When I look back, It seems to be a pattern whether during Savasana, yoga nidra, etc. The only time I didn't pull back was one evening when the ocean sound came up.

Anyone else? I can't be the only one. I assume it justs melts?

Yes it is normal and will dissolve in time.
If you feel drawn to it, maybe look into some samyama type or The Work type of inquiry.

Thanks, Shanti.

I did read The Work, but had to self- pace for sensitivity and forgot all about it. I did the Work on one situation, noisy neighbors, thought you might get a kick out of my very first turn around.

Here it is:
I am irritated with myself because there are too many of me.

It still makes me smile. How true!
