Hello everyone,
I've been doing AYP breathe meditation for several months. The meditations have become smooth and calm. At this point, I'm starting to go deeper and having a lot of resistance/fear.
When I look back, It seems to be a pattern whether during Savasana, yoga nidra, etc. The only time I didn't pull back was one evening when the ocean sound came up.
Anyone else? I can't be the only one. I assume it justs melts? |

Yes it is normal and will dissolve in time. If you feel drawn to it, maybe look into some samyama type or The Work type of inquiry. |

Thanks, Shanti.
I did read The Work, but had to self- pace for sensitivity and forgot all about it. I did the Work on one situation, noisy neighbors, thought you might get a kick out of my very first turn around.
Here it is: I am irritated with myself because there are too many of me.
It still makes me smile. How true!
