I had a small heart chakra opening last night. It was painful for just a few seconds over the physical heart then changed to a swirling energy moving in the center.
I've had an almost constant stream of tears. I had a death in my family recently, so tears would be normal. This feels different. I do not have that upset feeling in my body. No tightness or lump in my throat. I do feel sad just not upset if that makes any sense.
