For anyone like me, who doesn't know much about urine therapy and thinks it might all be the dream of a madman -no, not Yogani! - this book puts forward the results of wide research. It is Martha Christie's 'Your Perfect Medicine' and I recommend it wholeheartedly for its research. A friend of mine looked at her story recounted before the research, and remarked that it is difficult to believe one person had so much wrong with them and so dismissed her. That may or may not be true but the research opens our eyes completely. About time!
