Hey guys here is a good strength training app, for iphone or android. It has heaps of options and exercisers to keep things interesting and your muscles firm and strong.With a very easy interface so its super simple to use. I particually like the form of exercises could tabatas which is 20 seconds sets with 10 seconds rest over a pre-determined time. I do a 16 minute routine straight after meditation in the morning and this seems to be suffice in keeping the body from falling apart!(: hope this is helpful to somebody
