Hi , a meditation teacher used to play us a gong meditation mp3 which was incredibly effective but I cannot find a similar sound on the internet ! I have found singing bowls , zen bells , tingshas and tinny sounding gongs but this was a lovely deep solid sounding gong that reverberated for about 30 seconds and sent me off to somewhere else completely ! If anyone can help me with a link I would be very grateful .
