yes! as Yogani has explained in the lessons, tantric sex is not a "stand-alone practice." It is part of a comprehensive yoga program including pranayama, asana, meditation, etc. Please read the lessons and feel free to ask us any questions as you go along.

Hi Anup,

Welcome to the forum.

In the song of Mahamudra, Tilopa is describing a high level tantric Buddhist practice. It is advanced instruction and is only suitable for people who have prepared themselves to be able to undertake such a practice.

In yoga, preparation for practices like that include asanas, pranayama, mudras, bandhas and so on. The body must be purified in order to be able to handle the energy that can be released by such an advanced level practice, and the mind must be brought to silence through meditation before such practices become meaningful.
