E and OE is an expression that means Errors and Omissions Excepted .It is used in business invoices as a disclaimer for possible clerical errors .This expression should also be remembered when we hear the external Guru talking. So when I say to a student on the spiritual path “accompany me” it is doe NOT mean “follow me”, it means “come along , join me for a walk as an equal companion” (Swami Chidananda- Divine Life Society)
