I have booked a space and set a time and date for the first AYP Eugene group practice.

It will be at Unity of the Valley, which is at 3912 Dillard Road, Eugene, Oregon. It is scheduled for March 21st, at 6:00pm.

This will be a group for all who are in or around Eugene, OR, and want a chance to do group practices, including: Meditation and Spinal Breathing Pranayama.

If there is anyone on these forums that lives close enough to come, then please do!
