Just wanted to add something to the boards. My biggest problem in the path was Always lust.
Well One day having evaporated all possible options, I realized Lust is its own thing which comes and goes based on triggers or based on the vessel which holds the vital fluid being full and triggering subconscious thoughts to get you to release.
I realized that I can talk to lust and basically told it to give me peace and cooperate with the Path, as Enlightenment has been and will be Number 1 in this Lifetime.
Well guess what!!!! The urges and the frequency of them died down. I started to do the same with Anger, Hatred, and many others and they to seem to have all died down and are cooperating with me on this path.
Coomunicating with Lust, anger, hatred, etc.
