this morning i did amaroli...i am currently transalating the lesson 319 to arabic and i immediately wanted to do it and did not feel any disgust...the only explanation of this "weird" excitment is that i used to be a heavy amaroli drinker in soome other life...and attended AAA Amaroli Anonymous meetings it took me few days to start it because when i get up in the morning i am used to going immediately to the toilet....then i remember oh i forgot to do amaroli!! so had to remember before emptying my bladder, this was the only problem i started with a quarter glass, mixed it with water....and here it was inside me again lolll...it was tastless because i am vegetarian and because it was mixed with water...so being vegetarian really makes the urine more edible so so speak....there was no after taste neither in my mouth nor on my lips...barely a bit of taste... tomo it would be half a glass....amaroli is so easy to do lolll
