I came across Sage Thayumanavar's(18th century) biography last year and have heard stories claiming that he reincarnated again in 19th century in which he fully merged into the Light of God.
The biography)given below) particularly narrates the spiritual yearning and growth of this Sage right from his childhood through the Oneness with God he grew into.. in a very crisp 6-8 pages. I found it inspiring and thought of sharing it as tribute to those who live in this modern world pursuing the "God" quest in their own way!
