Recognizing an Authentic Guru


There's absolutely
nothing ”high” or ”low” in enlightenment. To be enlightened is to be free, fully here, without getting entangled in anykind of drama. Being enlightened means being one with the flowing consciousness, that is, the Soul which is spread in and spread out.

Yet, ”spread out”
can be misunderstood as ”cosmic” or something like that, something distant, abstract or such a concept. ”Cosmic Consciousness” implies something grand, and sure living fully here and now is grand but better put, it is also simple, clear, silent and full... To attain enlightenment simply means that one does not leave this state or this ”flow” or presence, conscious clarity or inner fulness. This is very simple! Not complex at all. Such clarity exists in all life, one only needs to know it and become one with it. This is the teaching of the Siddha-lineage and Siva Yoga of Thirumular and Babaji.

It means uniting
with the common spiritual Father of all, known in all spiritual cultures with different names, in Hinduism as Muruga Appa, Father Muruga, or Sanatkumara. The name is not important but the spiritual vibration or frequency behind the name is.

Becoming familiar
with Appa's Shakti one can also recognize whether a particular teacher is enlightened or not, whether he or she is sealed with this form of spiritual energy, the shakti of moksha, that is the power of liberation, or not. Meditating and getting to know Muruga Shakti is the best and simplest way to know, whether a particular spiritual lineage is true or not, whether the lineage holds actual power of enlightenment or not. If one has not yet rooted ones own consciousness into this present state, then this is the best way to find out, to make sure, which teacher has some true knowledge of life as a whole.

It is possible
to experience deep states of unity or samadhi but...
