Does anyone practice this or have any experience with it? I know it is a relatively new form or philosophy of yoga and I am attending some Anusara workshops soon so I am interested in anyones experiences or insight into it? Im really looking forward to it - a weekend fulled with yoga makes me so excited

I would love to hear anyone about it.
