Hi All:

Since June 2011, we have been "tweeting" AYP lesson links on Twitter.

You can find the last 30 tweets updated in real time on the AYP website here: http://www.aypsite.org/tweets.html
This "Lesson Tweets" link can also be found at the top of the "Key Lessons" list in the left border of the website and forums.

You can find all of the AYP lesson tweets on the @AYPYoga Twitter page, and you can "follow" us there.

AYP lesson tweets are also posted in real time on the AYP pages for Facebook, LinkedIn, Spiritual Networks, Google+, MySpace, and other social networks. You can find links to some of these AYP pages on top of any AYP website or forum page (small square icons), and the rest of them here.
