I started doing spinal breathing pranayama about a month ago and right in within the first two weeks I lost about 8 pounds. I've been able to keep it off two for the last two weeks.
I've been going threw a period were I have been gaining more and more weight, so this was definitely odd. I also haven't made and diet or exercise changes.
Was is pranayama? I've definitely had that hormonal feel ever since I started (you know that feeling if you haven't gone for a jog in a while, and just started exercise back up again).
